Attention families: The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a Federal law, requires that a school with certain exceptions obtain your written consent prior to the disclosure of personally identifiable information from your child’s education records. However, a school may disclose appropriately designated “directory information” without written consent, unless you have advised the school to the contrary in accordance with school district procedures. The primary purpose of directory information is to allow schools to include information from your child’s education records in certain school publications.

Parents who wish to opt their students out of directory information releases must complete an Opt-Out Form for each of their students, and must return each form to the school at which each student is enrolled.  Find more information, including the forms you need HERE.

Message from the Principal

Dear FitzPatrick Falcon Families,

It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to the 2024-2025 school year and introduce myself as the new principal of FitzPatrick School.  I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with such persevering students, an extremely dedicated staff, and a supportive school community.  It is my hope to continue to build upon the excellence that FitzPatrick is known for.  I look forward to welcoming and meeting everyone as our new school year begins on Monday, August 26, 2024!

Attendance continues to be our priority!  Every student, in school, on time, every day!  Our school day is from 7:30am – 2:09pm.  Please plan accordingly to ensure a timely arrival, as every minute counts! Students may arrive between 7am-7:20am in order to partake in breakfast.  Both breakfast and lunch are free for all students.

I am excited for this school year, and I encourage you to take part in our school activities and educational programs.  We have been preparing for a fantastic year.  It is our hope that we will continue with many of the programs and opportunities that FitzPatrick has had in the past, but to also create some new and exciting traditions and celebrations as well.  Partnering with families and our community is extremely important, as it is only when we truly work together that we can achieve greater things.  We encourage you to come to our Back to School Open House on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, 5pm-7pm so that we can meet and welcome you to this promising school year!
